Allyn and Traci Kyes have been married 29 years and have three adult daughters (Rachel, Taylor, and Emma), one son-in-law (John, married to Taylor), a granddaughter (Ellie Jean), and a grandson (Jack). After serving on InterVarsity’s Graduate and Faculty Ministries staff at the University of Florida for more than 20 years, Allyn is excited to be back to the West and is currently doing pastoral ministry at a medium-sized church in Tucson, something he did for a number of years at an Episcopal church in Gainesville. An ordained minister, Allyn has a Master’s Degree in Philosophy of Religion and Ethics from Talbot School of Theology and another Master’s in Political Science from Villanova. His great passion in life is teaching and ministering to people through counseling and inner-healing, helping them to live in the freedom of Christ and in who God intended them to be. In his spare time, he enjoys golf, cycling, hiking, camping, and other outdoor adventures. Traci is the vice president of business development for ViroCell Biologics, which is based in London, but her great joys in life are early mornings with God, sunrises and sunsets, spending time with her family, and writing children’s books…and Ben and Jerry’s Phish Food ice cream!
